OI (operating instructions):
1. Release the buckle at side of dispenser box and open cover
2. Use both hands to press the lift bars, one on each side,all the way down to the bottom until can hear the “click” sound. Lift bars are now on hold position.
3. Plastic rings onto the 4 locating poles.
4. Remove the soft wires that tie the shoe covers in stacks at 4 corners.
5. Use each thumb to press the on each lift bar to slowly release the lift bar upwards to get ready to release the shoe covers when stepped.
6. Close the shoe box cover and buckle up by the side lid
